2 sea bass fillets alternatively sea bream
400g courgettes
8 cherry tomatoes
4 stalks of chives
2 tbsp olive oil + some more for cooking the fish and vegetables
2 pinches of piment d‘ espelette French red chili pepper powder
a dash of lemon juice
salt

Steps

Wash and dry the courgettes. Cut into tagliatelle with a mandoline slicer and place on a glass tray. Season with salt and a dash of olive oil. Switch to Steam mode 1 for 2 minutes. Add a dash of olive oil.

Put the bass fillets on the glass tray. Salt lightly and add the olive oil. Keep cooking on Steam mode 1 for 5 minutes and 30 seconds.

Add the pre-cut cherry tomatoes. Continue cooking on Steam mode 1 for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and the chili pepper powder. Finely chop the chives and add them to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve drizzled with the olive oil sauce.
