Rich in vitamin C for healthy enjoyment: Peppers have hardly any calories and can be prepared in a variety of ways. A delicious variant is this creamy pepper soup. We recommend a diced sweet potato as an addition.

Adjust Servings:
3 peppers
½ onion
50g butter
250ml cream
1 tbsp double cream
250ml milk
30g rocket
salt
pepper

Steps

Chop the peppers and onion and place in a bowl.

Add butter, cream, double cream, milk and rocket and season with salt and pepper.

Cook covered in your Compact Combination Oven at 1.000 watt for 4 minutes, followed by 600 watt for 8 minutes.

Puree with the blender and taste again.

Add rocket to the soup as decoration.
