Steps

Peel and cut the onion and cut all your vegetables. |

Combine all your vegetables and add to breadmaker pan. |

Add oil, water, stock cube and all your seasoning to breadmaker pan. |

Choose programme 18 and set timer for 2 hours 10 minutes. |

When the soup is ready, remove from pan and blend until smooth. |

Top off with salad cress, soy cream and enjoy! |
