                                             Halve 1 vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pith with a knife. Mix oat flakes, honey, vanilla, cocoa powder and milk in a bowl. Place the bowl in the Microwave Oven and cook it for approximately 1 minute at 1000 watts. Stir once and continue to cook for about 1 minute.  |

                                             Peel and slice the banana. Wash the strawberries, pat dry and remove the green. Halve 2 strawberries and quarter 1. Wash the blueberries and pat them dry.  |

                                             Smooth the porridge and place it into 2 dishes. Decorate one owl per dish with fruits and cocoa nibs. Tip: Instead of the cocoa powder you can also fold in 2 tbsp coconut flakes. This gives the porridge a nice coconut flavour.
