Steps

Chop the pear, onion and garlic, core the pomegranate and mix well with the olive oil. |

Add the tuna and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. |

Cook covered in the microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watt and then let it cool down a bit. |

Fold the baby spinach under the lukewarm ingredients and enjoy. |
