Directions
This recipe is an excellent starter, or a tasty main course. Stuffed aubergines come in all forms and fillings: try this version with beef and tomatoes!

Place the aubergines on the grill tray in the microwave oven in the lower self position. Select the OVEN programme and cook for 20 minutes at 220° or until soft. Then, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool. |

Mix 40g of parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs, then add them to the beef mixture. Put the stuffing inside the aubergines. |
