Place onion, carrots, and butter into the same large Pyrex® casserole dish. Cook on Medium Microwave for 5-7 minutes or until soft. |

Add minced lamb to the vegetables. Stir in hot lamb stock, Worcestershire sauce, cornflour, and tomato puree. Season to taste. Cover and cook on High Microwave for 15 minutes. |
