Steps

Optional: If you have frozen salmon filets, defrost them on 300W for 2-4 minutes in your Inverter Microwave. (Time depends on fish quality and thickness.)

Wash the vegetables and cut them as you like them.

Add the vegetables into your cookware (e.g. onto the supplied PanaCrunch tray or a microwave pan) and place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with your preferred seasoning.

Cook the salmon with the vegetables for 5 minutes with 440W microwave power in your Inverter Microwave. Afterwards, cook for another 5 minutes with the grill function.

Refine the dish with some vinegar dressing and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
