| 150ml coconut milk | |
| 5–10g ginger | |
| 2–3 tbsp curry powder | |
| 1 pinch salt | |
Steps

                                             Wash quinoa and steam according to the instructions using the rice steam programme (Steam Combi microwave).  |

                                             Cut the red cabbage and radishes separately with the food processor and the fine disc attachment (manual programme, lowest setting).  |

                                             Wash the mixed salad and dry in the food processor using the salad spin dry programme.  |

                                             Steam the edamame beans using the “frozen vegetables” steam programme (Steam Combi microwave).  |

                                             Take the florets of the cauliflower and cut lengthways in approx. 1 cm thick slices. Grill them in the microwave (grill setting 1, 160 degrees circulating air, for 30 minutes without pre-heating).  |

                                             Halve the avocado, cut into very thin slices and shape into a rose. Serve all ingredients in a bowl.  |
