120g creme fraiche

4 tbsp mustard

200ml cream

Steps

Cut the vegetables into equal pieces (1-2 cm) and place them in a bowl. |

Cut the pork fillet into thin slices and place on top of the vegetables. |

Prepare covered in the microwave with the combination microwave 600 watt/4 minutes and microwave 300 watt/5 minutes. |

Mix the salt, pepper, creme fraiche, mustard and cream in a bowl. |

Pour the sauce over the meat and cook in the microwave at 600 watt for 4 minutes. |

Leave the bowl in the microwave after the 4 minutes. |

Wash and peel the potatoes, grate them with a coarse grater and season well. |

Put some oil on the microwave tray. |

Place the grated potatoes on the baking tray as round, flat roesti and grill with grill setting 1 for 6 minutes. |

Then turn and grill for another 5 minutes. Tip: Also tastes great with rice. |
