Ingredients

                                          500g parsnipssliced in halves
- 
                                          3 small appleschopped
- 
                                          1 large onioncut into quarters
- 
                                          3 garlic cloves
- 
                                          1 large sprig rosemaryfinely chopped
- 
                                          4 tbsp maple syrup
- 
                                          2 heaped tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 
                                          salt and pepper

Steps
| 1 | Firstly prepare the parsnips, onion and apples as instructed above. | 
| 2 | Place in a large mixing bowl along with the garlic, chopped rosemary, maple syrup and generous pinch of salt and pepper then give it a shake. | 
| 3 | Place in your Panasonic Microwave Oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. | 
| 4 | Remove from the Microwave Oven and give it a little stir to move the ingredients around then add pomegranate seeds and place back in the oven for 15-30 minutes. |
