3/4 tsp dry yeast
300g strong white bread flour
1 tsp salt
220ml water

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 6 and press start.

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
