Steps

Roast the nuts and seeds to enhance their nutty flavour. Sprinkle with a little salt and leave to cool. |

Open the lid, remove the bread pan and set the kneading blade into the kneading mounting shaft. |

Place water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread pan, and then add the flour, seeds and yeast. |

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 14 and press start. |

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down. |
