1 tbsp linseeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp millet seeds
1 tbsp walnuts
350ml water
1 tsp cider vinegar
4 tsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
450g gluten-free bread flour
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast

Steps

Roast the nuts and seeds to enhance their nutty flavour. Sprinkle with a little salt and leave to cool.

Open the lid, remove the bread pan and set the kneading blade into the kneading mounting shaft.

Place water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread pan, and then add the flour, seeds and yeast.

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 14 and press start.

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
