Steps

                                             Whisk the eggs, then add the honey. If you're using thick honey, heat it slightly in a saucepan to make it liquid.  |

                                             Add the spices, milk and then the flour and baking powder so as not to make lumps.  |

                                             Pour the dough into a buttered mold. Add sugar to caramelize the edges.  |

                                             Fill to 3/4 full. Add a few sugar pearls and bake for 30 minutes in STEAM 1 mode. Finish baking in OVEN mode at 180°C for 35 minutes.  |
