Steps

Pre-heat your microwave on Grill 1. |

Quarter the figs and place on the enamel shelf lined with foil. |

Tear each slice of prosciutto into 2 or 3 pieces and crumble them between the figs. |

Brush the figs with a tbsp of honey and grill in your microwave for 5-8 mins or until lightly browned. |

Place the Roquefort cheese on plates, add the honey grilled figs and ham and pour over any remaining cooking juices and drizzle with honey. |

Serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper. |
