Adjust Servings:
150g bulgur
200ml water
30ml olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1/2 zucchini
1/2 bell pepper
50g feta cheese

Steps

Put the bulgur, water, olive oil and salt in a bowl and cook covered in the microwave for 4 minutes at 1,000 watts.

Cut the zucchini and peppers into cubes (1-2 cm) and add them to the bowl.

Cook in the microwave for 5 more minutes at 600 watt.

Add the diced feta over the bulgur.
