Steps
| 1 | Put the bulgur, water, olive oil and salt in a bowl and cook covered in the microwave for 4 minutes at 1,000 watts. | 
| 2 | Cut the zucchini and peppers into cubes (1-2 cm) and add them to the bowl. | 
| 3 | Cook in the microwave for 5 more minutes at 600 watt. | 
| 4 | Add the diced feta over the bulgur. |
