Steps
| 1 | Combine Condensed milk, Greek Yogurt, cardamom and cornflour and whisk well. | 
| 2 | Transfer the mixture carefully into 4 ramekins or heatproof jars. | 
| 3 | Put the Steam Combi Microwave Oven on high for two minutes. Check at intervals of 30 seconds if it is ready. | 
| 4 | Put the strawberries and sugar in microwave safe bowl. Put it in the Microwave Oven on High for 8-10 minutes in total. With an immersion blender, puree them smooth. Allow this strawberry puree to chill before serving. | 
| 5 | Serve them warm or chilled for 2 hours with a garnish of strawberry puree, strawberries, roasted nuts and mint leaves. |
