| 2 mozzarella balls | |

Steps

Put the trout fillet and the cream in a bowl. |

Chop the spring onions and add to the trout fillet. Mix everything well with a fork and season. |

Cut the mozzarella and tomato into slices. |

Spread the trout cream on the dark bread slices. Top first with tomatoes, then with mozzarella. |

Place the bread slices in the microwave and grill for 15 minutes at setting 2. |
