Adjust Servings:
200g trout fillets
30ml cream
2 sticks of spring leek
1 tomato
2 mozzarella balls
salt
pepper
2 slices of dark bread

Steps

Put the trout fillet and the cream in a bowl.

Chop the spring onions and add to the trout fillet. Mix everything well with a fork and season.

Cut the mozzarella and tomato into slices.

Spread the trout cream on the dark bread slices. Top first with tomatoes, then with mozzarella.

Place the bread slices in the microwave and grill for 15 minutes at setting 2.
