In the meantime, wash the broccoli, dab dry and cut it into tops. Then wash the sugar snap peas, dab dry and halve lengthways and cut crossways into pieces. Wash the red pepper, dab dry, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices. Cut the oyster mushrooms in small pieces. Fill the Steam+ Pot with 300 ml water. Put steamer insert on the top and place prepared vegetables on it. Steam for ca. 10-12 minutes of 1000 Watts. |

In the meantime, peel a garlic clove and slice it. Mix 20 ml soy sauce, lime juice, Ketjap Manis and garlic into Steam+ Pot. Add beef mince and cook without lid in the microwave of 600 Watts for ca. 8 minutes. In the end use the grill function for another ca. 5 minutes on level 1. Stir mixture occasionally. |
