Steps

Firstly prepare the parsnips, onion and apples as instructed above. |

Place in a large mixing bowl along with the garlic, chopped rosemary, maple syrup and generous pinch of salt and pepper then give it a shake. |

Place in your Panasonic Microwave Oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. |

Remove from the Microwave Oven and give it a little stir to move the ingredients around then add pomegranate seeds and place back in the oven for 15-30 minutes. |
