Divide the dough into two halves and roll out (lengthwise ca. 23 cm) on a floured surface. Finally spread it with ricotta cream. Rub alpine cheese and Cheddar, add mozzarella and spread the cheese over the pizza breads. Wash spring onion, dab dry and cut into fine rings. Spread a portion spring onion over the top. |
