Directions
Chinese buns (baozi) filled with pork mince, prawns and vegetables and steamed in our Panasonic Steam Combination Microwave Oven.

To make the filling, shell the prawns, wash the spring onion and cut into big pieces. Peel the ginger and combine everything with the pork mince. Use the Panasonic hand blender with the chopper attachment to finely chop all ingredients. Season with soy sauce, Chinese five-spice powder, chopped coriander and salt. |
