Steps

Cut the chicken thighs into 1–2 inch cubes. |

Marinate the chicken with grated ginger, grated garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, and chicken bouillon. For best results, leave it to marinate for at least 15 minutes. |

Coat the chicken with cornstarch or potato starch, then shake off any excess. |
