Directions
Crispy-edged baby potatoes cooked using the Panasonic Air Fry Combination Microwave Oven, smashed and grilled until golden. Finished simply with freshly grated parmesan, chives and black pepper, these make an irresistible side for roasts or festive spreads.

Place the enamel tray into the Air Fry Combination Microwave on the glass turntable. |

Select Combination 3 and cook at 200°C + MW 300 for for 20–25 minutes until the potatoes are tender and lightly golden. |

Remove the tray from the microwave and carefully smash each potato using a potato masher or the base of a glass. |

Place the wire rack into the Air Fry Combination Microwave. |

Serve hot with freshly grated parmesan, chopped chives and freshly ground black pepper. |
