A quick and easy recipe where the salmon and vegetables are steamed together.
Steaming keeps the salmon tender and juicy while locking in the nutrients of the vegetables.

500g salmon 3 slices
0.5 heads broccoli
8 asparagus
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
0.5 pcs lemon
3g olive oil 1 tsp
1.5g salt 1/2 tsp
1.5g pepper 1/2 tsp

Steps

Cut fresh salmon (3 slices).

Cut fresh vegetables into small squares (bite size).

Place the prepared ingredients (2) onto the wire shelf which is MWO’s accessory.

Place the prepared ingredients (1) onto the enamel tray which is MWO’s accessory.

Add a proper dose of salt, pepper and olive oil to taste for ingredients (1 and 2).

Open the door and place the wire shelf into the upper position.

Place the enamel tray into the lower position.

Press ‘Steam’ button.

Set the cooking time to 15 mins.

Close the door and Press “Start”.
