Share

Ingredients

Bread Size:
150g very hard / brown wheat flour
300g whole wheat flour
1½ tsp salt
3 tbsp honey
30g butter
20g flax seeds
20g sesame seeds
30g millet without the water that it was soaked in
310ml water
1 tsp dry yeast
30g sunflower seeds

Steps

1

Soak the millet in water for at least 1 hour or overnight.

2

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients (top-to-bottom order), except for the sunflower seeds (if you have a raisin/nut dispenser).

3

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid. If your breadmaker has a raisin/nut dispenser, fill the sunflower seeds into the dispenser (if not, the sunflower seeds are added directly into the pan). Select the programme Whole Wheat Raisin and preferred bread size and press start.

4

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.

Enjoy
