Steps

Peel and wash the sweet potatoes. Place them into your steam oven and cook them at least 30 minutes (depending on their size) with the STEAM 1 mode. |

Once cooked, mash them using a potato masher. Add the milk and butter cut into small pieces while whisking. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. |

Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Dice the tomatoes. |

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the garlic and onions for a few minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and ground beef. Sprinkle with herbs and the tablespoon of flour. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook on low heat for about ten minutes. |

In a baking dish, add the beef mixture and cover with the mashed sweet potatoes, smoothing the surface. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. |
