Steps

1

Mix 100g of plain flour, 60ml of water and baking powder in a bowl. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise for an hour.

Note: Rising time only applies when brewer's or dry yeast is used in this recipe. There is no need for rising time when using instant yeast.

2

Then, add the remaining water, 400g of plain flour and the salt to the breadmaker. Knead the dough on programme 30 (Bread Kneading) for 20 minutes or until obtaining a firm ball. Take the dough out of the breadmaker and let it rise for an hour.

3

Cut the dough in three pieces and roll them until obtaining three small loaves.

4

Put the loaves on the grill tray, sprinkle with a bit of flour and let them rise for an hour. Bake them using COMBI 6 in the microwave combi oven for 20 minutes at 220°. Then, bake them at 230° for another 10 minutes.

5

Allow to cool.

6

Cut your ciabatta in half and spread cream cheese on it, and stuff it with turkey ham, tomato, mixed salad and some pesto.

Enjoy
