Directions
This delicious roasted vegetable pizza is made using both the breadmaker pizza dough function and our microwave oven.

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Cut the vegetables in slices and mix them with the garlic and the olive oil in a large oven proof dish. |

Place the dish on the metal tray in the microwave oven. Cook on Combi 3 OR CONVECTION 220˚C + GRILL 2 + SIMMER MICROWAVE for 30mins. Turn the dish after 15min. |

For the Pizza Base add all the listed ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed above and shoose the PIZZA DOUGH setting. (45 minutes) |

Remove the dough from the bread pan at the end of the program. |

Press out the dough using the heel of your hand to fit the greased enamel tray. |

Preheat oven on CONVECTION 220°C. Place the dough on the wire rack and bake it for 10 minutes. |

Remove the Pizza Base from the oven and add a tomato pizza topping followed by the roasted vegetables and slices of Mozzarella on top. |

Place the Pizza back on the wire rack and bake for a further 15-20 mins in the lower shelf position. |
