NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Put the ingredients into the SD-YR2550 tin in the order listed. Start the manual 30 programme. Once the dough is ready, place it in a bowl, cover it and leave it in a cool place overnight to rise. |

The next day, cut the dough 8 balls, approximately 110g. Shape the balls and put them on the baking tray. Bake them without heating the oven but by placing a bowl of boiling water in the oven. Leave them to rise for 30 minutes. |

Brush with a milk or egg wash, top with some sesame seeds and cook on OVEN mode at 180°C for 15 minutes. |

Wash the potatoes, cut them into quarters and place them in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Tip everything into an oven proof dish. Fill up the water tank. Put the dish in the oven and set to STEAM 1 for 18 minutes. For the patties, rinse the quinoa and then cook it in boiling water. Once cooked and cooled to lukewarm, place it in a mixing bowl and add the diced onion and egg. Mix everything together and add the rest of the ingredients. |

To assemble : Cut the burger buns in two and add the sauce. At the last moment, place 2 slices of cheese on each quinoa patty and turn over to melt the cheese. Place them in the burger bun, add the salad and serve potatoes. |
