Adjust Servings:
100g almond milk scraps
30g coconut oil
100g pitted dates
25g puffed millet
20g dark chocolate 75%
35g concentrated apple juice or agave syrup
30g chia seeds
1 pinch of whole salt

Steps

Blend the soaked dates using an immersion blender such as the Panasonic MX-S401 hand blender.

After breaking the dark chocolate into small flakes, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make the mixture homogeneous.

Cover the pan with baking paper and roll the dough to form a rectangle with a uniform thickness throughout. Use a spatula to define the sides and form the bars.
Bake with the programme at 40 °C for 12 hours.
Store the bars in an airtight container for 4–5 days.
