A gluten-free bread in two delicious versions: try this French brioche with cheddar and ham or with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips!

Adjust Servings:
300g rice flour
140g cornstarch
40g gluten-free oat flour
140g soft butter
200ml milk
100g sugar
4 eggs + 1 egg yolk
a pinch of salt
a packet of yeast
For decoration:
cheddar
sliced ham
jam
marjoram
ricotta cheese
apricots in syrup
chocolate chips
mint leaves

Steps

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. Pour the mixture into the breadmaker.

Select programme 10 and knead and bake for 1 hour and 40 min.

Allow to cool down. Then, slice the bread.

For the savoury version: decorate the bread slices with cheddar, ham, raspberry jam and a few marjoram leaves.

For the sweet version: decorate the bread slices with ricotta cheese, apricots in syrup, chocolate chips and some mint leaves.
