1 tsp yeast
300g rye flour
200g strong wholemeal flour
2 tsp black treacle
1 tsp salt
400ml water

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Make sure the rye blade is in the bread pan.

Put the ingredients in the pan in the order listed.

Set your Croustina Breadmaker to the rye program.
