Jam is delicious and versatile, and most people don’t realise how easy it is to make! Perfect on scones with clotted cream, in a tart, or on toast for a scrummy breakfast!

All you need is 600g finely chopped strawberries (or your preferred fruit), 400g sugar and 13g powdered pectin. 2 hours in the breadmaker and you have the most amazing homemade jam!

Adjust Servings:
600g strawberries Finely chopped
400g sugar
13g pectin

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Place half of the fruit into the bread pan then add half of the sugar. Repeat with the remaining fruit and sugar.

Sprinkle the pectin onto the ingredients in the bread pan.

Select the jam menu and press start.

Enjoy
