NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Add all the ingredients apart from the butter into the baking tin. |

Mix everything using Menu 30 (kneading) for 20 minutes. |

Add the cubed butter gradually and let the machine knead the dough until it is cohesive and not sticky. |

Take the dough out of the machine. Place it in a bowl and leave it to rest at room temperature for 1 hour 30 mins, allowing the dough to proof. |

Then prepare the filling by chopping up the chocolate into small pieces. Heat up the milk to boiling and add the chocolate. Stir gently to form a thick ganache. Allow to cool. |

When the dough is ready, roll it out into a rectangle, add the filling but leave an empty strip of dough so it can be rolled up without the filling overflowing. |

Lay out the swirls on the lined baking tray. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes then glaze with egg (if needed). Garnish with grated orange zest on top. |

Cook in the Panasonic Microwave Oven using the Combi 3 (Steam 1 + Grill 2) for 18 minutes. |
