Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For the Almond Milk:
250g shelled almonds
1l water
For the granola:
150g cocoa-flavoured oat
100g almond waste
75g honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
30g pistachios
30g dark chocolate chips
30g goji berries

Steps

1

To prepare the almond milk: Pour a litre of water into a bowl, add the shelled almonds and leave them to soak for 12 hours.

2

Afterwards, drain the almonds from the water and peel the shells.

3

Add half of the almonds and some fresh water into the Panasonic slow juicer. Open the juice tap to allow the almond milk to flow into a container of choice. Add the other half of the almonds and some more water once the first round has gone through. Keep the almond waste aside in a separate container.

4

To prepare the granola: Add the almond waste into a bowl with cocoa-flavoured oat, chopped pistachios, honey and coconut oil and mix.

5

Spread this mix on a baking tray using a spoon and bake the granola for 30 minutes at 160°. Then, grill it for another 5 minutes.

6

Allow to cool. Then, add chocolate chips and goji berries and enjoy with the previously made almond milk!

Enjoy
