Ingredients

                                          275g vegan chocolate/dark chocolate
- 
                                          seeds from 1 pomegranate
- 
                                          1 ½ tbsp candied ginger
- 
                                          ¼ tsp sea salt
Directions
Add a little twist to your chocolate by adding fresh pomegranate seeds and candied ginger. You can make this chocolatey treat 100% vegan or non-vegan by choosing the chocolate of your choice.

Steps
| 1 | Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. | 
| 2 | Break the chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl and heat on low until melted. (stir sometimes in between) | 
| 3 | Stir half of the pomegranate seeds and the salt and ginger into the melted chocolate, pour the mixture onto the lined baking tray. Spread evenly to make a rectangle. | 
| 4 | Sprinkle the remaining pomegranate seeds over the top and put in the fridge for about 30 mins to fully set. | 
| 5 | Break the bark into chunks and enjoy. |
