Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
9 eggs whisked
5g chives finely chopped
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
oil or butter for cooking
Serving Suggestion
6 brioche burger buns
100g grated cheddar cheese
sriracha or garlic mayonnaise
12 rashers of crispy bacon optional

Steps

1

Start by preparing your burger buns and accompaniments. Slice the buns in half, then spread a blob of Sriracha or garlic mayonnaise over the base. Set the prepped buns aside.

2

Place the pancake plate on the Panasonic Multi-Cooker, adjust the dial so that the pancake icon flashes, and press Start. Wait for the pancake plate to preheat.

3

Add ½ teaspoon of oil or butter into each cavity, then divide the egg mixture evenly between the six cavities.

4

As the curds start to set and cook, gently push them inwards with a wooden or silicone spatula, allowing the eggs to set into a uniform patty shape. The patties do not need to brown—cook just until the curds are just set in a patty shape. They will continue to cook a and firm up a little once removed from the pan

5

Remove the patties from the pan and slide them onto your prepared buns. Top with grated cheese, and crispy bacon if using. Serve immediately.

Enjoy
