Steps

Pat the steaks dry and drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper. |

Place in the air fryer and select the “Steak” Programme and cook for 8 minutes total on 200°C, flipping with tongs half way through (4min on each side). |

While the steaks cook, combine the chimichurri ingredients in a bowl and mix well. |

Remove the steaks from the air fryer, the internal temp should reach 55°C for medium rare, and set aside to rest for 5 minutes. |

Slice the steak and serve with chimichurri on top. |
