Steps
| 1 | Peel and devein shrimp, and keep the heads and tails. Cut mackerel into chunks. | 
| 2 | Peel onion and garlic, and thinly slice. Cut celery into thin slices. | 
| 3 | Heat saucepan and add olive oil, stir-fry ingredients from (2), and add the mackerel chunks, shrimp heads and tails. Mash them up while continuing to stir-fry. | 
| 4 | Add whole tomato, water, bouillon cubes, and bread, and steam with low heat for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper. | 
| 5 | Place ingredients from (3 + 4) into blender, and close the lid. Select SOUP mode and blend, and pour into a serving dish. | 
| 6 | Heat skillet with olive oil and add shrimp and dill. Serve with toasted French bread. |
