Steps
| 1 | Insert the cauliflower into the food processor (Thick-Slicing Blade), and start. | 
| 2 | Add the radish and red cabagge and start again. | 
| 3 | Arrange bite-sized pieces of lettuce, the ingredients from steps (1) and (2), the scallops, and boiled shrimp into a bowl. |
