Steps

Peel and slice your veggies into long fries separating your potatoes from the parsnip and beetroot. |

Toss your potatoes in oil and season with salt and pepper. |

Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. |

Select the “Fries” programme and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C. |

Shake your potatoes and repeat until they begin to colour and golden. |

While the potatoes are cooking, toss your parsnip and beetroot in olive oil, salt and pepper. |

Once the potatoes start to colour, add the parsnip and beetroot to the air fryer basket. |

Continue to cook all of the veggies using the “Fries” setting at 200°C tossing every 10 minutes until your veggies are crispy (about 40 minutes). |
