Ingredients

                                          3 pearsmedium size
- 
                                          50ml cider vinegar
- 
                                          70g honeye.g. acacia honey
- 
                                          50ml cognac
- 
                                          2 tbsp sugar
- 
                                          1/2 lemon
- 
                                          salt
- 
                                          pepper
Directions
Chutney made out of pears with honey and cognac. Fits perfectly to a cheese platter or bread.
Steps
| 1 | Peel the pears and remove the seeds. Cut them into small cubes and add the lemon juice. | 
| 2 | Add the diced pears into the bread pan of the breadmaker. Add the cider vinegar, honey, sugar and cognac. Salt it slightly. | 
| 3 | Select the programme for jam (Croustina: programme 18) and set the time to 1h 30min. |
