Fat bombs are our favorite snack. The idea of a fat filled snack is that is going to fill you up and satisfy without spiking your blood sugar levels. Whenever we feel a little down, we just grab one of these for an energy boost!

Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
50g roasted hazelnuts
50g peeled almonds
50g brazil nuts
3 tbsp dried coconut + 1 tbsp to roll them
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Steps

Put nuts and dried coconut in the chopping bowl of the hand blender and quickly grind them on high speed.

Add coconut oil and milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt and blend again on high until you get a sticky dough.

Form 11 balls with your hands and roll them in dried coconut.

Store in the fridge until serving.
