Steps

Prepare the lotus root chips: |

Mix the sunflower oil and sesame oil in a bowl and soak the lotus root slices. Place on the grill tray and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. |

Take out of the oven, place on kitchen paper. Salt lightly. |
