Directions
Flour tortillas pan-crisped with seasoned beef mince, seared on the flat plate until golden and crisp, then topped with cool sour cream, pickled onions, jalapeños and fresh coriander.

In a bowl, mix the beef mince with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. |

Attach the flat plate to the Panasonic Multi-Cooker. Press the BBQ setting and press Start to preheat. |
