                                          450g cream cheese

                                          100g soft brown sugar

                                          1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 
                                          2 or 3 fresh mintsprings
- 
                                          80g mixed wild berries(fresh rasperries, blueberries, red currant...)
- 
                                          40g chocolate chips(black or white, as you prefer)

Steps
| 1 | Place the butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl on the base of the oven and melt it using HIGH MICROWAVE programme for 40-50 seconds. Stir in the biscuits and press them into the base of the flan dish. |

| 3 | Preheat your Oven to 150°C (select 150°C and press start to preheat). |

| 5 | Place the flan dish on the tray in the lower shelf position and bake at 150 °C for 40-45 minutes. |
