Basic Gluten-free Bread Recipe

350ml water
1tsp cider vinegar
4 tsp vegetable oil
2 medium eggs
1tsp salt
1tsp sugar or honey
450g gluten free bread flour
1 ½ tsp dry yeast

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Start with adding water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar/honey into the bread pan. Only then, add the flour and yeast as well.

Select the gluten-free bread programme with the dark crust and press start.

Once the bread is done, take it out of the bread pan and place it on a board.

Let the bread cool down completely before cutting.
