Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
150g ripe banana
120g flour type 630
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnoman
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
Optional Sugar Coating for the Balls
1 tsp cinnoman
4 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp avocado oil or sunflower oil

Steps

1

Mash the ripe banana in a bowl.

2

Mix all the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.

3

Mix the mashed banana with the dry ingredients.

4

Make 14 - 17 small balls from the batter, by placing a little oil on your hands so the batter does not stick to the hands.

5

Place the balls in the Airfryer for 7 minutes at 180℃.

6

Once the balls are done you can either eat them like that or cover them with the cinnomon sugar coating.

7

Take the cooked banana bread balls and put some oil on them, now roll them in cinnoman sugar untill all covered.

Enjoy
