If you need a dessert in a hurry, these delicious chocolate cupcakes are the perfect solution. They bake in just 15 minutes and topped with sweet chopped strawberries, they are sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Steps

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, coco powder, sugar, baking powder and salt. |

In a separate medium sized mixing bowl, mix the wet ingredients: milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and eggs. |

Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until well combined. |

Then slowly add the water to the mixture until a thoroughly combined batter is produced. |

Lightly spray your individual tins and fill with the batter about 3/4 full. |

Add the tins to the air fryer and select the “Cake” programme and bake for 15 minutes at 160°C or until a toothpick in the centre of the cupcakes comes out clean. |
